Work Experience

Allen has served as a senior litigation consultant assisting counsel to service providers and customers arbitrating and litigating disputes arising from technology transactions.

Recent engagements, like advising UK counsel to an international software provider in a multi-hundred-million-dollar arbitration before the London Court of International Arbitration, have sharpened his awareness of the skills required to successfully resolve disputes.

Allen has also continued to serve as counsel to parties to complex technology transactions. Recent engagements, like representing a Fortune 100 design and distribution company in connection with the implementation of an AI driven inventory management and control system, has honed his knowledge of the latest technologies and the issues that arise in transactions involving such technologies.
